The Yard

The Yard is an events space and music venue in Cheetham Hill, Manchester. After working alongside them in my final year of university, once I graduated,  I was given the opportunity to design and build their website during the pandemic - ready for when things started to re-open. This gave me the chance to develop my skills as a web-designer and learn the processes behind hosting and maintaining a live site.

The design is an evolution of their existing logo, using the box to frame areas of the website alongside the logo, the visual identity comes together. The bold colour palette then creates a vibrant and memorable experience for the user.
